Bio: I am currently a sophomore in college at East Tennessee State University. After living the college life of classes, sorority functions, and being on the dance team I realized it was hard to find time to workout and eat healthy. Late night studying led to late night eating which led to weight gain. Dance team practices began to be the only form of exercise I received, and being consumed in my sorority led to a busy schedule. After having a year behind me, and learning the "freshman fifteen" is a real thing, I am creating this blog to give helpful tips on how to stay fit when leaving home and jumping into the busy life of college. Even with a busy schedule, it is more than possible to fit in those workouts and eat right!
