Couch to 5K

Do you want to lose weight by running but you’re not a runner?  There is a perfect plan made just for you!  The “Couch to 5k” running plan is designated to people who don’t typically run but have an interest in beginning!  The program gradually eases you into it and trains you to run a 5k(3.2 miles).  This is great to do with a running buddy or group and you will love the feeling of accomplishment!!
