Burn extra calories RIGHT NOW

As we all love the convenience of cars and elevators, are there certain situations when you can avoid them? Of course! Yes, it is way less exhausting to push the elevator button and let it take you to the top floor of your dorm hall after a long day of classes, but why not burn some extra calories and take the stairs!?  Taking advantage of the small things like walking to class, taking the stairs, and parking a little further away from your destination all makes a difference.  We all have our favorite tv shows we must watch and despise when commercials interrupt us!  When this happens get up and do some jumping jacks, walk in place, squat, just move! Always remember, EVERY LITTLE THING COUNTS.
