College is the best and busiest time of our lives.  With crazy class schedules, late night studying, cheap meals, and trying to keep a social life it’s hard to find time for a healthy lifestyle.  Stress eating and not making time for the gym eventually leads to the dreaded “freshman 15.”  As a student it is hard to believe that there is any way to avoid this, but fortunately there is!
